How we use it
To review project scope, prepare quotes and estimates, communicate with you, keep the site secure and improve our website.
Plans and documents
Project files are confidential. We use them only to review, quote and perform the work you request. See our Confidentiality page.
Service providers
We use hosting, form-handling, email and analytics providers to run and measure the site. Quote requests are sent through EmailJS, including the information and attachments you choose to submit. Google Analytics measures website usage and interactions; our custom lead events exclude your name, email address, phone number, notes and file data.
Retention and deletion
We keep project files only as long as needed for the assignment and our business records. Email us to request deletion.
