Scope of services
Cestimating provides estimating and takeoff services based on the project documents and scope you supply. Estimates are planning and bidding tools, not guarantees of final construction cost, bid award, engineering design or code approval.
Your documents
You are responsible for providing complete, current and authorized project documents.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee bid award, final project cost or pricing accuracy beyond the agreed estimating scope.
Not engineering services
Our work is not design, engineering, stamped professional service or code approval unless separately contracted.
Revisions and addenda
Project-specific deliverables, pricing and revision obligations are confirmed in your accepted proposal or service agreement. New scope, revised drawings or addenda may require a change order.
Payment and cancellation

Intellectual property
Website content and our estimate formats belong to Cestimating. You may use your deliverables for your own bids and projects.
Liability and disputes
Limitation of liability, dispute and governing-law terms are set out in your accepted proposal or service agreement.
